The Credibility Catalyst for Leaders Program is a 3-step journey.

STEP 1. CREDIBLE LEADERSHIP

Who are you, what do you want to accomplish and what's your “why”? First we work to truly define your authentic leadership strengths and story so that you can level up on undeveloped goals. You can not skip the work required to learn about yourself, build your confidence and know you are leading with purpose.  In this pillar we work to define goals and instill new habits. We set an expectation to accountability and build a growth mindset allowing you impact others.  In this step you learn how to avoid burnout and push forward to see your fulfillment and purpose in your everyday. Resilience and the building of a road map are top priority.

  • Complete an Energy Leadership Assessment and 1 on 1 Debrief identifying how you show up and influence others

  • We set up leadership mapping and build a customized plan around your goals.

STEP 2. COMMUNICATION & STRATEGY

Step two is about communicating the intention behind what you're asking of others. Work on communicating a vision and strategy while helping all parts of an organization embrace one. Master your organization's language and how to speak up and share your genius to show your value. This is where you learn to hold your team and yourself accountable without demanding perfection. This is step is customized around your current level of business acumen and strengths.
